Yes, indeed, I am in a relationship! Lauren is quite the sweetheart and finds my cheesy romantic behavior charming and funny, which is good, because I can't exactly help myself when it comes to that. She looks out for me, respects me, and encourages me to notice ways in which I could improve, and for those things among others, I am quite endeared to her. She adores music and creative expression, and I don't mind saying I find her particularly attractive as well, so all things considered, I'm very pleased that my affections are requited.

I'm having a pretty good time working at the Prince as well. Sure, there are better days and worse days, but the better ones seem more common for sure. I was in housekeeping in the public area the other day and a man told me that back when he had been a janitor (he was now a pastor), when he had rough days, he reminded himself that what he did was kind of the modern equivalent to washing feet like Jesus did. I found his words encouraging and it helped me to continue that day on the right foot. At the front desk today, I got to call Australia, and contrary to what one might be led to believe, the phone neither answered by a kangaroo, nor a koala bear. I talked briefly with a charming Australian woman about her husband's suitcase, all the while adoring her accent.

I have been unusually flowery in my choice of words for this entry. Strange...

I rented Heavenly Sword last week and played through it. It was a great game with extremely high production values, but I was quite able to get all the play out of it that I needed to in five days. Still, I have to say its a sweet game. The motion capture for the animations really adds a great deal to the game. The characters' facial expressions are all motion captured for each of the five languages that the game can run in so, for example, if you switch to the German audio track, the characters' mouths actually move in German as opposed to remaining in English with a German dub over top. I'm really pleased with what the PS3 is capable of these days, and over the next few months I'm looking forward to several games, so it appears that the good game drought that plagued the PS3 for its first year could be coming to an end.

I'm digging way to hard for more to update on, which likely means I'm actually done updating, so I'll let it go for now.
